July 10, 2012 -- Cosmic Circuits Pvt., Ltd. has announced the silicon availability of its MIPI M-PHY solution in 28nm. Cosmic Circuits M-PHY solution supports both the HS-G1 (1.5-Gbps) and HS-G2 (3-Gbps) modes and is available in multiple process technologies ranging from 85nm to 28nm.
The silicon has been characterized across supply, temperature and process corners and detailed characterization reports will be available soon.
"With our connectivity IPs, we are also offering an application platform that can be used for system emulation. Application platforms with our 28-nanometer M-PHY are now available and can be provided on request," said Sundararajan Krishnan, Director of IP of Cosmic Circuits.
