PLX Technology is a leading supplier of high-speed, I/O interconnect silicon for the server, storage, communications and industrial control industries. The company's I/O interconnect product offering ranges from I/O accelerators and HyperTransport bridges to its PCI Express based family of switches and bridges, currently under development. These PCI Express devices are part of the first wave of PCI Express products.

In addition to a broad product offering, PLX provides development tool support through its Software Development Kits (SDKs), Rapid Development Kits (RDKs) and third party tool support through the PLX Partner Program.
